STOP RICK SCOTT FROM TAKING OUR REFUGE!!! ARMLNWR IS OURS!
Rick Scott and the South Florida Water Management District want to use the refuge as a waste water facility. Make no mistake, this is a SUGAR FARM-LAKE OKEECHOBEE conundrum.
My students have been performing long-term research on tree frogs, glyphosate from farm run-off, DDT & DDE studies, Apple Snail & Snail Kite studies, air quality through bromeliad studies, and are beginning moth studies. We have special use permits from the federal government and the students gain valuable experience working with mentors, learning about the environment, using real world data for statistical analysis.
PLEASE CALL RICK SCOTT 850-488-7146 HELP US SAVE OUR PRECIOUS REFUGE!!

Oxbridge Student Water Researchers Educate!
Oxbridge Students presented their water research at the Annual American Water Resource Association (AWRA) Conference in Orlando.
They were the only secondary level students competing among undergraduate and graduate students. They designed their research, performed a literature review, collected data in the field, analyzed the data and presented to professionals in the water industry. Students were very proud as many asked if they were PhD students! Well done crew!
